Rolling Stones Voodoo
Two generations have gone to see the Rolling Stones
for entertainment, and who could argue? But who
do the Stones go to for their Entertainment? Yes,
Jay Alexander!!! Jay was such a big hit at the
Stones' halloween party at San Francisco's Warfield
Theater, that they hired Jay the very next day
to delight them and their families while cruising
the bay on a private yacht. Rolling Stone Ron
Wood, guitarist and accomplished artist, was so
impressed by the personal and spell binding illusions
of Jay, he invited him to dinner and special seating
at the next evening's concert. Like a giddy child,
enthralled with what he saw, Ron quickly showed
his gratitude by painting our Jay in action, and
signing it "A humble offering, Ronnie to
Jay."
A
Fruitopian Society on a Magic Bus!
When Coca-Cola has a talent search, you know it's
big! After combing America's largest and most
talent forward cities including New York, Chicago,
Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Francisco, Jay Alexander
was one of the top, off the wall acts chosen to
represent Coca-Cola/Minute Maid's newest fruit
drink, Fruitopia! Criss-Crossing the country on
a wildly painted magic bus, the Fruitopian troupe
included an African musician-philosopher, a spontaneous
impressionist, and the hilarious Plunger Man (an
act you have to see to believe.) Our own Jay Alexander
spun an irresistible web of magic involving the
new drinks Fruitopian style and earth conscious
message that was required of all the talent on
the tour!
